Inbound Message Limit: and Outbound Message Limit: what is the default for these. i have changed it so much forgot what it was.

Thank you for you post.
Here are the default values for inbound and outbound message limits.
Inbound Message Limit: 150
Inbound Counting Period: 5
Inbound Expiry Time: 360
Outbound Message Limit: 150
Outbound Counting Period: 5
Outbound Expiry Time: 360
These options set the maximum number of messages allowed (150) over a 5 minute period.
